Ian Maxwell, Executive Director & Founder
Dr Maxwell was formerly, Corporate Technology Director for both the James Hardie & Memtec Corporations. He has a PhD in Physical Polymer Chemistry from the University of Sydney.

Kevin O’Reilly, VP Business Development
Most recently he was the General Manager of Photon Dynamics ‘ Inspection Business Unit. Prior to that Mr. O’Reilly worked as a researcher in Pioneer Electronics in Saitama, Japan. He has a B. Sc. (Elec. Eng) from the Dublin Institute of Technology.

Dr Chan Wang, President
Was previously founder, President, and Vice Chairman of Teco Optronics Corp in Taiwan. Prior to that Dr Wang held a variety of roles at ITRI (Taiwan), Compaq Computers and Dow Chemical. He has a PhD in Chemistry from the University of Michigan.

Fraser McDonald, VP Product Marketing
Formerly VP, Operations for bCode, Senior Manager for Planning and Business Development at Research in Motion, and an Engineer at Digital Equipment Corporation/Compaq. Fraser has a MBA and BA.

Robbie Charters, CTO & Founder
Formerly of Nortel Networks and the Australian National University. He has a PhD in Physics.

Dax Kukulj, COO
Formerly at Unilever. He has a PhD in Polymer Chemistry (University of NSW) and an MBA from the Australian Graduate School of Management.

Brigg Maund, VP, Packaging
Previously Director of Packaging at Silverbrook Research and Redfern Integrated Optics. Senior roles in packaging and reliability at Kymata (and later Alcatel Optronics) and Bookham Technology. He has a PhD in Materials Engineering from the University of Wales.
