Dr. Malcolm J. Thompson, Chairman and CEO
Dr. Thompson was Chairman of the Board of Photon Dynamics, Inc. and has served on 6 other Boards of private and public companies. Previously, Dr. Thompson was the CEO of dpiX, Vitex, Novalux, Inc. and Chief Technologist at Xerox PARC. He was founder and the first Chairman of USDC (now FlexTech Alliance) and was invited to the World Economic Forum as a Technology Pioneer in Davos and New York in 2000 and 2001.

Dr. Robbie Charters, CTO and Founder
Formerly of Nortel Networks and the Australian National University. Robbie has a PhD in Physics and has become an acknowledged worldwide expert in optics and polymer waveguides. He developed a low cost waveguide manufacturing technology which enables high resolution touch.

Dr. Dax Kukulj, Vice President Business Development and Product Strategy
Formerly at Unilever. Dax has a PhD in Polymer Chemistry from the University of NSW and an MBA from the Australian Graduate School of Management. He is an expert in polymer chemistry and has developed unique siloxane polymers for optical waveguides.

Dr. Brigg Maund, Vice President of Packaging
Formerly held senior packaging roles at Silverbrook Research, Redfern Integrated Optics, Kymata (later Alcatel Optronics) and Bookham Technology. Brigg has a PhD in Materials Engineering. Brigg has a long experience in mechanical assembly of optical components for high volume consumer and telecommunication products.

Fraser Macdonald, Vice President Product Development
Formerly VP Operations for bCode, Senior Manager for Planning and Business Development at Research in Motion, and an Engineer at Digital Equipment Corporation/Compaq. Fraser has a MBA and BA.

Jason Schouw, Vice President Sales and Marketing
Jason has over 19 years of diverse international experience with VC funded start-ups and publically held organizations. He has held a variety of senior management and corporate sales positions in the information technology, computing, and communications sectors. Most recently, Jason was the Vice President of Worldwide Sales at Bay Microsystems. Prior to Bay Microsystems, Jason was a Senior Manager of Global Sales at Agere Systems (now LSI Corporation), the Vice President and General Manager for the Americas at SCM Microsystems, and held various sales management positions at Aureal Semiconductor (now part of Creative Technology), M-Systems (now SanDisk Corporation), and Arrow Electronics. Jason holds a MBA and a BA from the University of California, Irvine.
